Thurs (5 Apr 07) - Bought our coffee and was ready to head back to our hotel. We were just standing outside the Cathedral admiring it and by fluke, a procession started right next to us. It seemed a bit scary at first, but we got used to it. Everyone kept very quiet when the procession went past. The ku klux klan apparently copied their costumes from these Christian brotherhoods.
One of the first floats we saw that went right past us. It was amazing seeing it so close up.
We followed the float as it meandered down the narrow cobbled streets.
We moved to a different spot of the Cathedral and saw different floats.
