Syntagma Square and Central Market

Replicas of ancient figures at the Acropolis metro station.

Look at the frieze in the Acropolis metro station. You will never get bored whilst waiting for the train.

Central Market - we were checking out the scary meat section of the market. Lots of blood splattered butchers hacking at carcasses (with their heads and eyeballs still intact) on sections of tree trunks used as chopping boards. I wanted a close up shot of the butchers but Garry was too scared of them.
