Sat (1 Sep 07) - Arrived at our Edinburgh apartment.
The first thing I did when I got to the apartment was to cook my 2 min noodles. The noodles really hit the spot!

Hey Deb, I know I promise not to put any more embarrassing photos on our blog, but I can't resist this one! Promise this is the last (hehe).

Scottish fare - Haggis (minced meat or more like minced intestines, liver, heart, etc. and potato) and cullen skink (some creamy fishy soup that tasted like chowder)
Waitress refused to tell us what haggis was until we finished the whole plate of minced "meat".
