Back home in Perth!!

We were back in Perth for two weeks to celebrate my gran's big 80th bday bash and to catch up with friends and family back home. But unfortunately I got really sick in the second week I was in Perth and spent most days lying in bed...what a waste of holidays!

My wonderful grandma who babysat me since I was five days old. Poor grandma fractured her foot a week before her birthday party, but she was still really excited about her big birthday bash!

I've only just mastered our 5 year old brick camera and now Garry is complicating things by getting a new bigger brick camera *sigh* It will take me another 5 years to master the new camera! But this group shot (taken by me) doesn't seem too bad. Technology and me just do not gel!

Dessert time - we had Mike's amazing chocolate cake, Elisa's yummy black glutinous rice dessert, Karen's sweet apple strudel and Katherine's famous mango pudding.
