Notre Dame Cathedral and Sacre Cur Church

LC and me in front of Notre Dame

The inside of Notre Dame

Passed by this pretty building on our way to Sacre Cur - open air ice-skating rink in the background.

View of Paris from Sacre Cur.

A view of the lit-up Champs-Elysee and the Arc de Triomphe in the distance from Plaza de Concorde.

After walking for about 10km on our first day in Paris, we rewarded ourselves with a nice meal at Laduree, an old Parisian teahouse dating back to the 1800s famous for its macaroons, round meringue biscuits with caramel filling - funny but the local Parisians actually queued up for ages just to buy these things!

Passed a really nice hotel (I think it's the Ritz Paris - where Da Vinci Code was filmed) on our way back to our hotel (the Astor Hotel).

Lights at Champs-Elysee - ready to hit our beds!
