Cannes / Antibes

Sat arvo (5 May) - we arrived in Cannes and the weather was nice and sunny. We said goodbye to Sara who had to return to Paris.

Outside the Carlton hotel (unfortunately it wasn't our hotel, we were just hoping to catch a glimpse of Brad Pitt?!)

No access to a private beach but plenty of public benches.

At the Cannes Auditorium where the annual Cannes Film Festival is held. It was a shame we missed the Festival by a week - a shot of Val and Max winning water bottle awards, hey where is mine?!

Sat night (5 May) - We drove to Antibes, a small town close to Cannes, very pretty at night.

The Old Bridge

We were waiting for Garry under the Old Bridge and ended up being stalked by some dodgy guys offering to take pictures for us. Spot them in the picture. I think they would have ran off with our cameras if we had handed over our cameras.
