More for May's benefit - here is a description of the apartment. The apartment is also equipped with sauna, gym, mini theatre room. Here are more photos of the inside of the apartment. The landlord is currently living there (which means it hasn't been trashed by other tennants - and we have seen trashed!) - he is moving to Hong Kong for work!
We have put down a deposit - never got this far with the other one - now we need to secure it with references and proof that we can service the rent!

Hi Aileen,
May has told me about a couple of friends that you had introduced her too. Will definitely try and catch up with them when May gets here. The Phoenix Palace must be famous (?) - you are the second person to have mentioned that place to me... must give it a try....
